Hannah is finally here! She is such a beautiful little girl! She weighed in at 7 lbs and 13 ounces and is 18 1/2 inches long. She was born at 7 this morning! We brought Chloe to see her and Chloe was such a great big sister! She gave Hannah tons of hugs and kisses and even shared her puppy with her! Congrats Schneiderman famiy!
